ADRC has always been committed to supporting the health of caregivers, because we believe the better we take care of ourselves the better we can take care of others. Throughout June, we are sharing our increased focus on the science-based, preventative measures of Alzheimer’s disease that are taught in our 4-Week Prevention Series: C.O.R.E. – Controlling Our Risk Everyday.

Provides a caregiver with access to bi-monthly, 2-hour workshops.

Provides a one-on-one care coaching session with a personalized road map.
