Meditation & Mindfulness Mondays

Learn meditation and mindfulness for everyday living. This practice decreases stress and increases wellness. Everyone is welcome – not limited to just caregivers! Led by Tracy Wosaba, founder of Winter Park Meditation & Mindfulness. This workshop occurs the 2nd Monday of each month. Zoom links are regenerated quarterly, so participants will need to register every 3 months to continue participating.
