C.O.R.E. – Controlling Our Risk Everyday

A six-part prevention series that will provide science-based lifestyle choices that
support prevention of developing Alzheimer’s disease. There will be a special focus on the African American Community who are 50% more likely to develop Alzheimer’s Disease.

Week 1:  Why Should I Care?  October 1 – 1pm to 3 pm
Week 2:  Why Should I Meditate?  October 8 – 1pm to 3 pm
Week 3:  Why Sleep Matters?  October 15 – 1pm to 3 pm
Week 4:  What You Put In Your Mouth Matters  October 22 – 1pm to 3 pm
Week 5:  Eat Real Food (Hebni Office)  October 27 – 11am to 2 pm
Week 5: Eat Real Food (West Orange Location) October 29 – 11am to 2 pm
Week 6:  Bringing It All Together  November 5 – 1pm to 3 pm
