A 4-part series is designed to give the care partner confidence and explore the various means of stress reduction while achieving resiliency and confidence. Will touch on difficult subjects including managing grief and other situations that arise when caring for someone living with AD or other form of dementia.

  • Week 1: TIA, understanding and implementing the Thanks, Intend, Ask/Allow journaling approach with Dr. Lezlie Laws
  • Week 2: Resiliency, What it is and how to achieve it.
  • Week 3: The role of nutrition in health and stress reduction
  • Week 4: Stress and how to control its negative effects on our lives. Meditation as a means of stress control.

Because of Covid-19 and to safely social distance, this series will be limited to 10 participants – so register early!
